| Professsor Som lectures regularly in different institutions across the globe. He regularly visits The Graduate School of Business, Keio University, Tokyo and Tamkang Univeristy, Taipei, IIM Ahmedabad, India. He has intervened on topics relating to International Strategy, Organization Design, International HR, Post-merger integration, cross-cultural issues in leading European and Asian institutions. He is currently the co-ordinator of the elective course International Strategy and Management at the ESSEC MBA program and the module "Managing the Global Corporation" at the Executive MBA program at ESSEC Management Education, CNIT, La Defense Campus, Paris. |
