Ashok works on the creation and evolution of organizational capabilities and performances during periods of intense organizational re-design. He is interested in the interplay between strategy process and the shaping of human resource practices in turbulent environments. He is interested in innovation, its transfer and adoption, governance process and its implementation through HR interventions. His current project is on creative industries focusing luxury, movie, and art industry. Ashok has worked on these issues in different environments with a particular expertise on emerging Asia.
